Pokemon Liquid Crystal Phone

To get the stones for the first time (you can get extras in crystal as R194 said) you must go to Route 25. If you've played Red/Blue you'll remember it as Bill's house. There an old man will ask you to show him certain pokemon. I don't recall what the specific pokemon are, but I'm sure you can find that information in one of the FAQ's.

PokéBalls

PokéBalls are one of the most vital items that a Pokémon trainer can have. These items are used to capture the Pokémon. Each PokéBall has a different special effect that can help make capturing more likely or even give special bonuses to any Pokémon caught within that particular ball.

If you are trying to train your Pokémon's Effort Values, Vitamins are a handy tool to utilise. Most vitamins add 10 Effort Values into a particular stat. There is a limit to how much you can do this, with the recent limit being that the Vitamins only add to the first 100 Effort Values in the stat. All vitamins are one-use only and they all slightly boost the Pokémon's happiness.
